Laura has been working with Dr Beltran at Shrewsbury Family Dentistry since 2024. She has over 20 years experience in Insurance Billing and Coding. She continued her education through Harford Community College for ICD & CPT Coding. She is the mother of four amazing children who keep her busy, year-round running to and from school gyms to fields to support them in all of their sports & activities.
Steph has been a dental hygienist for 42 years and 22 of them have been with Dr Beltran. She has been involved with the York Area Dental Hygiene Society since college and served as Vice President and President until they merged with the Lancaster-Lebanon-York Area Dental Hygiene Society. She also holds a Public Health Dental Hygiene license!! She has been married for 35 years to her husband, Rob. They have two daughters, Mckenna and Hayley who are both married and they have 5 grand dogs. Steph enjoys traveling with her family, going on cruises, visiting National Parks, spending time on the beach and even went to Europe! She also enjoys exciting things like zip-lining, white water rafting, roller coasters and horseback riding. Steph loves getting together with friends and going out to eat or catching a show at a local school theater or just playing cards. “I’ve lived in York all of my life. I went to York City Schools and attended church where my grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles and cousins attended. I have been involved with my church, teaching Sunday School or helping in the nursery. Our church performed a Twelve Night Pageant in the past and my whole family participated in the performance in some capacity. The thing I find most fulfilling about my job is educating our patients on how to keep their mouth healthy!”
Tammy started with us in 2010 and is our go-to person for training interns or promoting helpful products in our office. She is an outdoor girl and enjoys kayaking and paddleboarding when she’s not at work. She loves to garden and is very artistic, often incorporating her creations into her gardens. She has “two” children. One son and one fur baby named Lucy!
Gretchen graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and has been in Dental Hygiene for almost 30 years! She loves traveling, skiing, hiking, going to concerts and hanging with her husband and three children.”What I love most about my job is connecting on a personal level with my patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals.”
Wendy has almost 40 years of experience in the dental field after graduating from the Academy of Medical Arts. She is a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and holds national board certifications, which means she is licensed across the country. Wendy is certified in digital dentistry and serves as a trainer in the field. Additionally, she has extensive training in removable prosthetics, including dentures. “I take pride in bringing both skill and care to every patient I work with.” “Outside of work, family is everything to me. My husband and I share five amazing kids and nine grandchildren, with one more on the way. I love horseback riding with my husband, children and grandchildren, hiking with my husband, and spending time together at our home. I grew up in Glenville, Pennsylvania, and still enjoy the simple joys of family, fresh air, and being outdoors!
Angela started with Dr Beltran many years ago, left to raise her son and daughter and found her way back to the office again. Married to Steve, she enjoys being home with her animals, gardening and spending time with her family.
Hannah started in our office in 2022 as a front desk assistant and after quickly mastering that role, decided to attend Dental Assisting School. She and her fiance Luke, live in Hanover with their two retrievers, Bo and Odie. They are excitedly planning their destination wedding for October of 2026.
Shone started helping out at the front desk for several years before retiring as a Pre-School Teacher and joining us full-time as a Dental Assistant in 2025. Finding her forever home in Delta, Shone lives with two of her four children and her four beautiful granddaughters. She loves any activities with the kids and is happy to snuggle any of them including her first adorable grandson!
